FDP (Full Displacement) technology

FDP (Full Displacement) technology

Pile installation with a special equipment without soil excavation. Pile drilling with diameters of Ø368 mm, Ø410mm and Ø510mm up to a depth of 21 m.

Advantages of the technology:

  • high load carrying capacity of piles;
  • minimum amount of excavated soil;
  • minimum consumption of concrete;
  • minimum vibration during drilling;

Kelly Casing

Kelly Casing

Pile installation with soil excavation using the special Kelly bar and pile casings of different lengths (2 m, 3 m, 4 m, and 5 m). This classic pile drilling system is suitable for all soil types. Drilling of piles with diameters of 620 mm and 880 mm to a depth of up to 33 m.

Advantages of the technology:

  • minimum soil pressure when working in the vicinity of buildings;
  • the possibility to install large-diameter piles;
  • safe protection of borehole walls from collapsing;
  • high-quality filling of boreholes with concrete;
  • the possibility to form extensions with an extendable device that allows us to fully use the complete load carrying capacity of a pile.

Double-rotary drilling FOW (Front of Wall)

Double-rotary drilling FOW (Front of Wall)

Technology that combines two bored pile technologies – the continuous flight auger (CFA) and the pile casing, which makes the creation of foundations in any soil conditions, including weak and hydric soils, possible. The technology enables the installation of separate bored piles and secant pile walls with diameters of 420 mm and 620 mm and a depth of up to 17 m. This type of pile installation has the lowest possible negative impact when drilling in the vicinity of nearby buildings. The pile casing ensures the stability of the borehole and prevents the unnecessary soil excavation.

Advantages of the technology:

  • is implemented without vibration and impact on buildings surrounding the construction site, making construction in a densely populated urban environment possible, even in the vicinity of historical buildings;
  • high level of pile productivity;
  • qualitative filling of a borehole with concrete in a high-pressure environment;
  • the possibility to install “diaphragm wall” type structures using cased piles, so-called secant piles.

CFA (Drilling with Continuous Flight Auger) technology

CFA (Drilling with Continuous Flight Auger) technology

Pile drilling with a continuous flight auger. This classic pile drilling system is suitable for all soil types. Pile drilling does not create vibration and impact force. Drilling of piles with diameters of 550 mm and 630 mm, length – up to 25 m.

Advantages of the technology:

  • the drilling system is suitable for all soil types, including the weak ones;
  • is implemented without vibration and impact on buildings surrounding the construction site, making construction in a densely populated urban environment possible, even in the vicinity of historical buildings;
  • a high level of pile productivity;
