II round of the Club Central Residence

The project provides for construction of a pile wall, consisting of 353 piles, drilled based on FoW (Double-Rotary) technology with a length between 7.40 and 12.60 m.

As well as 67 piles based on CFA technology, with the length between 9.15 and 10.00 m.

The works are performed, using Bauer BG30 drilling machine.

Five sample piles were successfully tested in the project:

• – 4 CFA piles were put under a load up to 200 tons;
• – 1 Fow pile was put under a load up to 50 toms
