New multi-apartment residential building in the Quiet Centre of Riga

The project provides for an installation of piles for the foundation of a multi-apartment residential building at 5 Strelnieku Street.

The installation of a total of 392 piles with the length of 18 m and the diameter of 620 mm each is carried out in the built-up urban environment, in the courtyard, directly next to an architectural monument to be restored.

The limited area poses a great challenge for the bulky pile installation equipment. The work is performed using Bauer BG30 V and applying the double-rotation drilling method.
