Novira Plaza – Commercial and Business Building in Riga

The commercial and business building “Novira Plaza,” located at Marijas street 2A in Riga, underwent the construction of FoW retaining walls around the perimeter of the building, using various types of piles. Load testing was performed on a sheet pile wall where the sheet pile was constructed outside the retaining wall.

Type of piles constructed on the site: FoW (double rotary) wall piles, diameter 620 mm, length 12 m, number of constructed piles 686 pcs.
